Delivery Time is 2-6 business days for regular Zone A Cities (Zone A cities include all the major metro cities from all provinces of Pakistan)
For Zone B Cities Time Delivery Time may be 2-9 business days (Zone B cities include cities and areas other than metro cities or which are located at far across geographical locations of the country)
For Karachi, Same Day Delivery also available (depending on Courier Service ability). The orders can also be picked up by the customer from the Head Office Location.
Cash On Delivery (COD) service is available for most cities of Zone A & B however, secured areas like Military bases, Cantt premises, and boundary wall societies that restrict rider’s entry might not be eligible for COD.
Orders worth more than PKR 10,000 will be processed on advance Payment. Suitable payment method will be mutually agreed.
Delivery charges are calculated according to area and weight of your order, at the time of checkout on the website. Should you have an ambiguity to clarify or require info, feel free to contact us on email for more customized shipping options and for International Deliveries
Returns can only be processed within 7 days of order placement. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Temperature sensitive items such as chocolates cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase e.g CN# mentioned on invoice attached to delivery box.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing material for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a same value product will be dispatched as FOC as compensation.

In case of a return, it is the duty of the customer to arrange for the return and pay the charges if that applies.
The refunded cost will only be the price of your product. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item of more value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
