Usage Limits; For decorations, toppings, sweet sauces and other fine bakery products 5.0gm/Kg and for fine bakery mixes 1.2gm/Kg. In case of multiple color mixing, check maximum addition on general foodstuffs in the Directive 94/36/EC
Keep product away from the heat at ambient temperature. DO NOT FREEZE. Close cap tightly after each use. Shake bottle slightly for uniformity.
